★ If you are under the age of 18, you are required to ask your parents' permission before purchasing anything from DecoNeko. KIDS, PLEASE ASK YOUR PARENTS PERMISSION TO ORDER.

★ You are required to fill in your details - full name, delivery address and phone numbers during checkout. We will never ever use or sell your personal details in any way. The details are required and will only be used for the purpose of shipping out your order.

★ Orders submitted will be kept for 24 hours. Failure to make payment within 24 hours will lead to your order being canceled. Failure to make payments for 3 times, you will be blacklisted from our store and your IP will be banned.

​★ We will only reserve items after you order for 24 hours. We do not reserve items manually, through email or through private message. In order to reserve your items while you make payment, you need to submit an order.

★ You MUST email us with proof of payment after you have made any payment. We will not process your order until you let us know. This is very IMPORTANT.

★ Sometimes items can go out of stock after you order, or there could be inventory error. In case of error, we will inform you to change with other item.

★ We do NOT refund balance in cash. Please make payment in the exact amount of your purchase. If you've banked in extra, your balance will be refunded with items of similar price or store credit. You can use store credit to buy items in points. Please check point system for more information.

​★ Items sold are final. We do not except returns. In case of different items mistakenly shipped to you from your order, you can return the item to us to be replaced with what you originally ordered. Customers bear all shipping cost of returning the item to us.

★ We are NOT responsible for damages or lost items after it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with your items or if they arrive damaged, you can lodge a complaint with Poslaju. If your items did not arrive in time, please call Poslaju to inquire. We do not know and can not help you to locate the whereabout of your items after it is shipped.
